Your loved one’s comfort and safety is our focus. We know that people with Alzheimer’s or Dementia often communicate through non-verbal means, or have different language skills.

Our Care Workers are trained and experienced in connecting and communicating throughout the different stages of Alzheimer’s or Dementia.

We are committed to long-term relationships. Our consistent staffing allows your loved one to build a trusted bond with their Care Worker and the Care team and think of us like family.

Alzheimer’s and other forms of Dementia

A key part of our role in supporting those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia is to provide a safe, comfortable home environment that enables your loved one to remain in a familiar setting and avoid agitation. Additionally:
  • Our Care Workers can be available 24/7 to ensure safety even in the event of wandering, sundowning or anxiety
  • We provide regular status updates on a person’s mood, physical and mental health and daily activities
  • We promote engagement through activities in our Cognitive Therapeutics Method™
  • We contribute to an improved overall quality of life for the person living with dementia
  • We reduce the risks of falls and other injuries through dedicated supervision
  • We build a long-term relationship with your loved one, so you won’t need to manage an unfamiliar new face every week

Personal care and assistance can be covered under government programmes such as Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Health Support Programme (CHSP). Please note, there may be a gap and small contribution to pay, as the Australian Government may not fund the full cost of the program.
