Home Care Assistance Care Workers provide dependable, one-on-one care for people with special needs, no matter what age or condition. Offering flexible hourly and around-the-clock services, our Care Team matches your loved one with an experienced Care Worker to fit your family’s unique needs.
We require our Care Workers to have at least two years of experience caring for individuals with chronic care needs or disabilities, though many of them have significantly more years of experience.
Our in-home Care Workers provide one-on-one services tailored to the individual needs of each older Australian we care for. This can involve different care levels, including more specialised care needed by individuals that live with Cancer, Parkinson’s, Dementia, Alzheimer’s and more. Eating a healthy diet is important for those with Parkinson’s disease. A clean and nutrient dense diet is critical because it helps strengthen muscles and bones while reducing muscle atrophy and excess fat accumulation. Home Care Assistance can help prepare healthy meals that will provide your loved one the nutrition he or she needs to maintain optimal health and vitality.
One of the most valuable experiences that comes out of our program is the lifelong friendships and support that is developed between individuals and Carers. Having someone around to engage with socially is an essential part of good mental health and we take pride in the relationships that we create.
At Home Care Assistance, we provide customised care to older Australians so they can live happier, healthier lives at home. We champion the needs of seniors with a positive, empowering approach to ageing that celebrates independence, dignity and quality of life. Our team of care workers receive exceptional training, support and resources to deliver an unmatched care experience.
Our focus is on creating close, trusted relationships with families and designing personalised care plans that evolve as our clients’ needs change over time. Paying for personalised care can be more affordable than you think!
Personal care and assistance can be covered under government programmes such as Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Health Support Programme (CHSP). Please note, there may be a gap and small contribution to pay, as the Australian Government may not fund the full cost of the program.
